Through its participating Mezzanine cash Flow Debt vehicle, Grand Land Corp focuses on asset opportunities with targeted returns in the 14 / 33 % annualised, giving GLC USA and Saunders Family offices our co-investment partners, Family offices, Insurance agents and select partners the flexibility to select 12/24/36 Months duration to match the client’s individual investment mandates

1. Bali Coffee Club

Bali Coffee club has a land area of 250m2 and building area of 290m2. BCC gives you the original taste of high-quality Balinese Coffee. The BCC outlets also have bakery, food and beverage in both Western and Indonesian Cuisine Currently there are four other locations secured for a BCC outlet and plans are in the making expand and improve the roasting facility which will be included in our current portfolio

2. The Chillhouse Canggu, Bali

The Heaven project is located at Jl. Raya Payangan, Kerta, Payangan, Gianyar, Bali. The asset has a total land area of 20 000sqm. This is a vacant land asset surrounded by the Ayung river. This parcel of land is in the pipeline to be developed into a 5 Star destination

Situated on 280 Acre Resort this property is located on the Island of Guam with is the Southern most of the Marianas Island Chain and the closest United States position to Asia Currently it has a master plan consisting of multiple uses and has commenced developed and will continue to develop in the next 10 Years

Meet Our Team

Dian Desiana Director of Grand Land Corp   Dian Desiana has gained extensive knowledge and experience over the years in the Hospitality Industry. She is articulate, self-motivated, confident, fast learner, and hardworking, she is a skilled leader, team player, organized, competent, adaptable, conscientious, able to work under pressure and likes challenges. Graduated from Padjajaran University Indonesia, and holds a bachelor in accounting. In 2003, she began her career at Hotel Mitra Bandung as an accounting clerk, an Account Receivable officers a CS Supervisor, and lastly as a General Affair Executive. She then joined Naval Hotel Bandung as an HR Manager and Grand Pacific as an HR&GA Manager. Moving forward, Dian joined The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Jakarta as an HR&GA Manager in 2011. In 2012 Dian joined Topotels Hotels and Resorts, she started as Director of Human Resources, and has been in charge as General Manager to take over Hotels. With this experience she has develop into a Regional Director of Sales, Distribution and Corporate Affairs for Topotels Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Again, as one of the achievements as General Manager for Ramada Encore Bali Seminyak which she changed the Hotel Performances to become a Positive GOP.

Margaret Sanders Director of Grand Land Corp   Ms. Margaret Sanders is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur with key focus on alternative investment in real estate and insurance. Through her Bay Area based Single Family Office, Ms. Sanders focuses on developing an integrated plan for family wealth by identifying areas requiring specific expertise and attention. The Sanders Family Office team is dedicated to wealth preservation and growth through collaboration, cohesion and a strict commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
